(all unused fruit was blended into my lunch smoothie)
385 g strawberries
450 g cherries
150 g kiwi
325 g pineapples
25 g spinach
5 g grated ginger root
dash cocoa nibs
dash vanilla powder
11 pre soaked, pitted dates
Blend cinnamon, dates and spinach with enough date soaking water to blend.
Blend 375 g of the cherries and 300 g of the strawberries with the vanilla powder.
Slice remaining fruit.
Build lasagna by layering fruit and either the date sauce or the berry sauce until most of the fruit and sauces are used.
Sprinkle cocoa nibs on top and enjoy.
